Preorder Timeline
We strive to complete and ship all product within 150 days of purchase. However, there are many factors that can delay production including but not limited to remakes, color changes, International Holiday etc. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee timeline but wish to deliver ASAP. Please follow @boogiemanpins via Instagram for periodic updates, or email Mitten Magic pins directly with questions or concerns.
Combined Orders
In an effort to get our products out to collectors as quickly as possible, we do not offer combined shipping. The goal is to prevent holding one pin that could ship immediately by waiting for another pin that is not yet in hand. In regards to our in hand B grade drops, we cannot combine shipping on separate orders. If you place two separate orders you will receive two separate packages that will require their own shipping fees. Our shipping process is automated and labels are printed for each order automatically in batch form. We understand many buyers will purchase a priority pin and then re-enter the site to make a second purchase, this will count as two separate transactions and two separate shipments. The end goal is to get everyone their purchases timely, organized and these are our best practices to ensure this.
What is your return policy?
We will refund any reasonable request within 7 days of you receiving your pin. For all pre orders, we will refund anyone at anytime. However, if we notice a pattern of refund requests by the same pre sale buyer, we may ask you to refrain from pre ordering. Simply email us with your request and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours of receiving the request. Please check our Instagram, as we will post if we are on vacation, unable to respond timely, etc.
Digital art accuracy
Mitten Magic makes every attempt to ensure the manufactured pin matches its digital art as closely as possible. However, at times we do have to deviate from the digital artwork for a variety of reasons. This cannot be helped and will not be accepted as a valid reason for a refund.
